Shipping 

All our products are shipped from the Netherlands.

All orders are processed within 1 working day and once processed they are normally delivered with standard delivery:

• within 1-2 working days* in the Netherlands
• within 5 working days* in Europe (depending on the country) **.
• within 4 working days* in the U.S.A.

For international shipping outside the E.U. and U.S.A., you may contact us at info@neesosswimwear.com to give you an estimated delivery date. 

Free shipping for standard delivery within Europe***. 

Express delivery option is available for the majority of the destinations at an additional cost.

Please ensure that you are providing the right address at checkout (we are not responsible for wrong delivery if you have false or insufficient shipping details) and always leave your phone number. Your phone number will be used by the delivery company in case the driver needs to contact you. This number has to be a valid phone number from the country you are placing the order, otherwise the parcel might be returned to us. In this case, we are not responsible for the shipping costs of re-shipping your order.

* Deliveries may incure slight delays during holiday periods. Delivery time is to be used as a guideline and we are not responsible for factors beyond our control which may impact it.
** Exceptions are Greece and Norway (for which the standard delivery times could be 3-8 working days), and Bulgaria and Finland (for which the standard delivery times could be 4-7 working days).
*** Exceptions are Cyprus and Malta, for which delivery fees apply. 

Taxes and duties

Deliveries within the E.U. are not subject to duties or any additional taxes. However, if you are a customer from a non-E.U. country you may be asked to pay further duties at customs control.

We are not responsible for any customs fees and duties that may apply. All parcels sent through this website will not have the duties and taxes prepaid. This means that the receiver of the parcel is liable to pay any applicable customs fees, duties and taxes associated with it. Duties and taxes depend on the country of the shipping address. 

Cross-border deliveries are subject to possible inspection by the relevant custom authorities. We have no control over these inspections and we are not liable for any possible additional charges or additional delivery times that may arise because of these procedures.
